Thank you for choosing to enroll your child(ren) at Nativity Catholic School for the 2026-27 school year.For re-enrollment, families have two options. For both options, payment must be made in full for the application to be processed.
Option 2: Paper Enrollment & Cash or Check PaymentComplete a paper re-enrollment application and pay the registration fee with cash or check. Return form and payment to the school business office.
For current families enrolling a new sibling, please complete a new student enrollment packet, which is linked in the school newsletter. Hard copies are available upon request.
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. Applications submitted without payment will not be processed.
For grades K–8, a non-refundable application fee of $150 per family is required for processing. After May 25, 2026, the fee increases to $250.
Please note that PreK has a separate registration process and fee. The PreK registration fee is also $150 per family and increases to $250 after May 25, 2026.
