Service & Volunteer Hour Opportunities

VARIETY SHOW VOLUNTEERMiss Stutzman, our music teacher, is looking for parent volunteers to assist with the Variety Show on Thursday, Oct. 2. A link is available below to sign up for specific tasks. If a particular job takes less than an hour—closer to 30 to 45 minutes—you may round up to a full hour for your service record, as all opportunities are organized in hourly increments.

Walk-a-THon Volunteer
The Nativity School Walk-A-Thon is our biggest fundraiser of the year! Each fall, teachers, staff, students, and volunteers come together to walk, celebrate, and support our school.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the Walkathon on Friday, October 3rd. We are wanting 12 adult volunteers and these individuals should not have already completed their service hour requirements. This is a fun event for the students and a great way for families to get involved and support the school community.

Record your volunteer HoursEach Nativity family is required to complete 15 service hours between now and the end of the school year. Service hours should be logged using the Google Form.

Safe Parish
Volunteers who have contact with children and vulnerable adults are required to complete the training prior to their first day of employment, service or ministry, even if they have taken Virtus or other child protection programs at another Diocese or Archdiocese.
Training is valid for 5 years at which time you will be required to re-certify in order to continue your status in the Archdiocese.
The course is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
