Nativity Catholic School recognizes that a number of our families require financial assistance to make a Catholic education accessible for their children. The following tuition assistance opportunities are available: 1. Choice Scholarship 2. SGO Scholarship 3. Parish Assistance
Indiana's Choice Scholarship Program, commonly referred to as the voucher program, provides scholarships to eligible Indiana students in grades K–12 to offset tuition costs at participating schools, so parents can choose which school will be the best fit for their child(ren) - whether that is a traditional public school, public charter, virtual, private, or homeschool.
With the Choice Scholarship, the state allocates funds based on where a student would normally attend public school. When a family enrolls their child in a participating private school, like Nativity Catholic School, a portion of those funds is redirected to help cover the student’s tuition. In other words, the funding that would typically support your child’s education in the public school system can instead follow your student to the school of your choice.
Scholarship award amounts are determined by the public school district where the student lives, so the amount may vary based on the student’s home address.
