- Re-enrollment Registration
- The re-enrollment application for the 2025-2026 school year is open! Returning families have the first priority for enrollment.
  For re-enrollment, families have two options. For both options, payment must be made in full for the application to be processed.
  Option 1: Online Application & Online Payment. Submit an online re-enrollment application and pay the registration fee online with a card. Online application linked below.
  Option 2: Paper Enrollment & Cash or Check Payment. Complete a paper re-enrollment application and pay the registration fee with cash or check. Return form and payment to the school business office.

- To inquire about enrolling your student(s) at Nativity, please refer to our admissions checklist below:
  
  Schedule a Visit: Interested families are encouraged to visit and tour our campus to experience everything that Nativity has to offer your student(s). Click here to schedule a visit.
  Complete an Application: To inquire about a new student application, please contact the school to schedule a tour and shadow date. You will be provided with an application during your visit.
  Submit Necessary Forms: Submit the required forms to the school to finalize your application process.

  After submitting your application and supporting documents, the school will inform you of your child(ren)’s acceptance status within two weeks.
  
  New enrollment applications received after the start of the school year will be reviewed and decisions will be released on a rolling basis.
