Nativity Catholic School

The State of Indiana has expanded Indiana Choice Scholarships (vouchers) to all K-12 families with the elimination of the income eligibility. 

With this legislative update, the application process is now easier than ever. There are no income requirements, and families no longer need to provide income verification or complete household summary forms to qualify.

To complete your application, we only need a copy of one parent or guardian’s valid driver’s license.

Scholarship award amounts are determined by the public school district in which you reside. We will use the address listed on the driver’s license you provide to determine your student’s scholarship award amount.

If your driver’s license does not reflect your current address, please submit a utility bill dated within the last 30 days that clearly shows your updated address. This will allow us to verify residency and process your application. 

For security and verification purposes, please provide a printed copy of the required document directly to the school business office.

Families are required to apply each year. Once documentation is received, the Choice school (Nativity Catholic School) will apply for the Choice Scholarship through an online application process with the Indiana Department of Education.
